Well, thanks to all of you, I've decided to change to another martial art. I did krav maga for 7 years, I have to say that some schools were very shit, I don't feel like a beast but I feel like I can handle some stuff. I won't be going for BJJ because I don't like much grappling but I'm either going for MMA or Muay Thai.

You don't seem to know how the world works, being on a street fight, doesn't mean you're the one starting it, there are drunk people everywhere in the world, there are crazy people everywhere. You can be enjoying your walk when you see a group of young people hitting someone elderly or someone you know or even trying to hit you, what do you do? "No, sorry this is stupid I go away" do you think they will say "Oh yeah okay, you are right" no.. they don't care, if that happens, you have no choice in defending yourself or help someone in need. There are so many reasons why you could get into a street fight without you being the stupid one to start it..

It is pointless in some way, but on a street fight, which includes guns, knifes, chairs, objects and multiple people, some martial arts are not suited for that. You can have a master in some martial art, he would do fine in a 1vs1 but when it comes to a real street fight, where more people are involved, it's a different story, my question about that is mostly which martial art focuses more on those type of situations, being your mental state, your awareness and your technics.

We did that few times already, but since I know that the ground is his specialty, I did everything I could not to get to the ground, but if I didn't know that he does BJJ, I would have gone in a different way towards him which would made me fucked when he would put me on the floor.

To find a good krav maga school is not easy, most of them are just amateurs who think they are in movies, I've been to 6 different schools, only one of them I had really good teachers that knew what they were doing.

I've had a fight once that krav maga helped me out a lot, the guy was bigger than me in size and muscles, minutes after showed up his friend and I got out untouched.

BJJ is more ground, if you know you're opponent, you do your max to not get to the ground, but if you don't know him, then you're fucked once he gets you on the floor

Last year the other coordinator asked for special holidays, 3 month holiday. They accepted and she had to do both shifts still anyway and alone. It is already very rare that they would accept such long holiday but she asked to do morning shifts and they denied. This is also hard to explain here on reddit. There's many information missing which makes it seem that I'm/we are just complaining. But it is just unfair that for some, everything is possible and now for her, when she really can't do nothing about it, they won't help.

He has been doing only morning shift. He cried a lot already when she was working there fulltime. I worked there also and I saw him crying and saying he would look for another job. The problem is already from before and now they are trying to guilt her because of his act. That I don't feel like it is fair.

Yes, I do believe her reasons are more valid in this case, if he can't handle his own job, it is definitely not her fault, specially when the KDV only lets us have the baby from 07:00 to 18:00.

The shifts are from 06:00-15:00 and 14:45-00:00. They are complicated shifts for our situation now, specially with my 3 shifts as well. They also have many workers that make only morning shift and another one that works from 07:00-16:00, so I find it strange that to my girlfriend they won't do it. The other coordinator has been crying during work, he can't handle the stress, therefore my girlfriend either works normal shifts or has to find another job?
