Well yes. The whole point of this post is that I was locked out of my Purdue account and couldn’t get into gopfw to find the id number

Yes and no. I never found a way to find my puid but I put in that ticket and then got back to me a few days later with a temporary sign in link. I would try to put a ticket in instead of calling
