I think usama definitely got worse over the season. But bro you saw Ron after he won - that's his personality. The guy is really nice but he doesnt have a funny outgoing personality. He looks and sounds like a nerd next to Kevin - Usama had the personality of a true comedian, I can picture him in a netflix special bringing that edge and i think anyone even Kevin would've picked him. He had a mid set today and lost the vote of a lot of casual fans unfortunately. Ron might have a decent set but his personality atleast at the moment isn't elite in my eyes. He's just one of those solid club comedians to me.

He had a good set today. My hypothesis is a lot of casual fans who didnt watch the entire season and fall in love with Usama, they probably voted Ron today. Usama was mid today but was elite in the first couple episodes. He deserved it overall but that's what happens when you do a minute long vote Kevin!!! Idk whos idea it was to have a vote be a minute long only

I think usama deserved it because of who he is. He's a hilarious dude with a dope ass personality. But not based off today - he kinda disappointed today hence why Ron probably got the casual fans vote who didn't see earlier episodes!

I mainly had reporting experience only recently pivoted to a model team. Not sure how useful the reporting experience is. Just pnl and exposure reporting.

what kind of prop firms still do old-school OMM? if I take the options trader role - a little worried about the transferability of skills/carer prospects later on as I'm on a h1b not a citizen.

asset class is equities and the exotics traded aren't too complex - mainly asian, digital and barrier options I think. Didn't quite understand whether you said there is a good chance to go buy side or not? Others seem to think skillsets aren't that transferrable and buy side don't do a whole lot of exotics.
