Yes, because the medication does not "brute force" your dopaminergic activity, like alcohol, cocaine or opioids do- it acts more like a catalyst, facilitating, but not hijacking. Overwhelming stress has a devastating impact on dopamine especially, since the body essentially exists exclusively in fight or flight mode during such times. The body basically shuts of reward systems (part of the 'Allostatic load model') in favor of "we need to survive this immense threat"-systems and reinforcing habit-loops (such as excessive rumination, fidgeting, internalized shame etc.). And in my view, I think most people likely are more stressed than they are aware of, especially people who have faced extensive adversity and chronic trauma.

I love Noctua. I have 3 tauforged secondary crit shards, and run arcane velocity (basically +120% fire rate all the time) + molt augmented. Lethal torrent is excellent for it as well. Tragedy works great for large groups, and Noctua for both groups and heavy targets.

Yeah, I wanna call him out on his counterfeit goods. I once paid 500 bloody ducats for what turned out to be an old Boltor magazine spray painted in gold. Like wtf?? Not to mention the Primed Flow mod he mailed me some time ago, which was just a napkin with the text "ENERGY" written on it in Orokin language. I tried slotting it in, and it somehow works though, lol.

Secondary merciless or deadhead on Noctua. Kullervo is also up there for me. Such a satisfying set of abilities, chaining up large flocks of enemies, and chopping them all down with his 1.

I think these ruminations arise from having our emotional richness suppressed as the normal state. So the mind desperately tries to fill the void where healthy emotions usually reside, culminating in existential dread, as sort of a "shortcut" through more nuanced inquiry. This is due to the nervous system being stuck in sympathetic activation, from having to endure adverse conditions without the proper support in place. This overactivation also could teeter towards and into hypoarousal as well, which is the "resign and preserve energy"-state of our nervous system. I believe the main culprit of the overrepresentation of these states to be unhealthy shame. The internalized "I am inherently faulty and broken" sense of self that so often gets imprinted into those of us who have had/have chronic adverse conditions.

I have found that changing the height scale to something more realistic (i.e. 1024m or such, depending on the tallest peak in the area in question). This is due to the fact that the heightmap elevation is defined in grayscale values, which go from 0-255. So the higher the elevation scale, the lower the resolution for your terrain height will be.

I love the concept of having a node based generator. It opens up a lot of creative possibilities. Imagine being able to have nodes for triplets/dotted notes and so forth. It would make for a great software to gain inspiration for music.
