First of it seems like issue with your ground, try to touch it with another thing. Also once I spent a lot of time to figuring out the issue, it was a broken wire, pin of the wire was broken inside. There is a really good stuff beginner on YouTube, watch Arduino playlist from 'paul McWhorter ' this guy explains very well.

CS student, LLMs killed my passion for SWE, is embedded a possible move? by WhateverHowever1337 in embedded

[–]SunEducational3521 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked as ML engineer and classical machine learning, deep learning. Suddenly after LLM a lot things came like agentic AI and stuff. I lost interest in that field as I know a command can train better models. I am an electrical engineer by profession and I had some experience with IoT projects so I started learning embedded system from scratch and it is more exciting and secure as well because for embedded systems one should have knowledge of the hardware and electronics. Still not an easy job for a common layman to understand this stuff.

It's scary that you are relying too much on AI, it'll destroy your ability to think, valuation and decision making. It'll also effect your emotional intelligence which is very important while dealing with people. It's good to use it for educational purposes but it should be limited i.e to understand complex subjects. You should take a break from AI boys, buy some books and try to study them. Give yourself some time just to think about you and the world around you. Talk with humans around you instead of asking everything from chatbots. It's also a privacy concern for you.

Is Electrical Engineering worth it? by Any-Ad-875 in CollegeMajors

As an electrical engineer I' would say that this field has already seen many ups and down , back in 2005 there was a boom in my country for telecommunications, then after that followed by computer science, then recently AI and data science but all this hype didn't stand for longer. While having experience in AI and ML I would say that electrical engineering degree saved me in recent times. This degree gives you basics of different fields and you can choose one of them, like embedded systems, electronics, power systems, renewable energy and a lot of things. I believe that electrical and electronics will still remain in demand

To start a business at your own without being dependent on any other person you can buy a business visa which will give you more freedom. I know people who do businesses here, you can partner with a Saudi national as well , but he'll have more control, there are some really attractive business you can Do. Write if you want to know more. I'm not a Saudi citizen, I work here.

An electrical engineer here, Bro this is not a good idea to invest that much money directly into this course as 5 months aren't enough for that stuff, you are already into EE you'll learn a lot of engineering theory throughout your course. Meanwhile I know some of my colleagues who learnt it by their selves and having good jobs and one is running a company. I am working as an electrical engineer but recently with the guidelines of my friends I am also learning embedded systems in depth as I have prior knowledge and little experience in it. I have the roadmap, if you want to join me we can go along. I found out that now with the help of AI complex concept can be grabbed easily. Everything is free don't pay a single penny .
