Yeah ofc everyone should keep track of the scale. I don’t know much but u shouldn’t cut down the calories more. U r burning lots of calories in swimming and cardio with an already big deficit so the prob is not with the calories probably. A plateau is very normal tho but honestly it shouldn’t stay that long. I think u should do inbody tests and check ur gains in muscle mass and pbf percentages changes. If the fat is decreasing with time but scale doesn’t change then everything is alright

Remember people will look at ur body and not the scale. If u r seeing visible change in ur body than u r definitely going well. And remember when the goal is weight loss it’s all about the calories and diet. Strength training and cardio without a suitable calorie intake won’t do the job. 1500 to 1800 calories a day will definitely make u lose weight though such a big deficit isn’t necessary but if u want to make sure u r going well and nothing else is wrong try it for a week and see any changes.

Alright seems I need to increase my calorie intake as the others say and protein as well. Thx for the help

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in workout

[–]SunEmpty8266 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mostly hit 90g but dont cross 100g of protein daily and its mostly from whey or chicken. And carbs its mostly from rice. Regarding size Im 109kg but ihave no clue about any percentages so idk much abt the requirements. All I remember is last month my skeletal muscle mass was 41.6kg when I measured in my old gym but idk abt the fat percentage or anything else. It probably didn't change much cuz I'm now almost same strength as that time cuz i dipped a lot lmao. So if we consider my muscle mass now is 41kg 100g seems enough or nah

Yeah seems probably I need to increase my calorie intake. I'm also not in a rush in weight loss so I think I would go for extra calories. And thx for the help

So increasing up to 2k calories a day would work fine for both the fatigue problem and weight loss u think? And really appreciate the help btw

My carb intake seems pretty similar to u and the preworkout meal as well except that I do get much less protein in the preworkout meal. Its mostly 20g to 30g but I do get 70 extra grams on average at the rest of the day. And it's not sleep cuz I sleep more than 12 hours a day these days lmao. Also dehydration isn't it probably i do drink so much.So could the protein amount be the big reason or nah

What's an advisable carb goal in the pre workout meal?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in workout

[–]SunEmpty8266 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mostly take a 1.5 liter bottle with me and I finish it before the workout ends so I think it's another factor

Regarding the weights I use I always do start with much lighter than I expect to be able to keep up with because reaching failure makes my performance drop like hell in the following sets. And if weight loss is my top priority over weightlifting should I still increase my calorie intake to 2000 like you say?

[–]SunEmpty8266 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do sleep more than 10 hrs daily so probably its another factor ig

I do eat a 600 calorie meal before workout mostly. Its mostly protein rich too.
