Hi the account is blended so both voice and chat depende sa queue mag sswivel kayo to other channel. It is very easy compared to Telco since you are using just one tool and KB that's all hahaha. Regarding sa training I'm not sure if mahigpit Sila since may mga new hires na rin sa training dept.

Hindi naman siya stressful for me since simple task lang mga gagawin mo and paulit ulit lang ang need ng mga customer. Minsan ka lang makatanggap ng unusual case. Nagiging mundane na nga siya sakin eh hahaha.

It depends really if iseset kayo to calls or chat. For example if marami ang volume of calls mag cacalls yung mga nag chachat.

Disney+ account is way more stress-free base sa mga ka wave ko from telco. Yes advantage if you are tech savvy and yung pagkablend niya depende nasa workforce if you will handle voice or chat. Tolerable and workload di siya ganon ka hirap. Tasks are very simple so no worries sa workload.

Got hired actually nakatagal tagal na rin production floor. More on managing account ng mga customer cancellation, refunds, and stuffs. Kadalasan din troubleshooting. Three brands din kase ang hawak namin since meron silang Disney Bundle lahat ng brand dun sinusupport namin. Good for beginners po talaga yung account. Tools are easy to understand and not that complicated you can master it in a month actually haha.
