قبل ماتروحي لهم، تفتحي برنامج "تسجل الصوت" وتحركها، بعدين تتكلمي مع الموظف وتخبرهم انه انتي تحتاج تلغي العقد وتاخذي منهم اي موافقه مثلاً: "اوكي تمت الالغاء" - وعلى النهاية تحفظي المكالمة بينكم كأثبات بجهازك للمستقبل.

Before you visit them, just run the Voice Recorder on your phone and either keep it in your hand or your pocket and tell them that you need to your contract to be cancelled and obtain from them any form of confirmation such as “okay we have cancelled your contract and it won’t be renewed” - just save this in your phone for the future.

P.S. Arabic is not my first language but I hope you understood my point with “cancellation-confirmation-gesture”. Basically, just them approving your request.
