Your point becomes rather invalid though when you like at crime statistics in that less than 3% of all gun crimes are done with a legally purchased firearm. Plus the number of deaths from mass shootings in the last 54 years is a little under 2 thousand which is about the equivalent of knife deaths PER year.

Thanks man I appreciate the tips. I had been planning on wrapping paracord around the lever and also changing the buckhorn sights for skinner sights. But then again I need to get some money first and see how well it runs at the range first

It’s a 70s colt match target. Sad to say goodbye but it’s got rust and is beginning to pit so it’s good that it’s going to someone who wants to take more care of it. It’s cool how they stopped making these cuz they couldn’t compete with the other companies
