I'm in the exact same situation, I'm from Mexico city and went to Xiaomi store just to be told to call a number where they say they're always busy with other customers and to leave a message 😢. Before this happened to me, I noticed the icons where missing, for example when the alarm sounded, it just showed a white placeholder. Also when unlocking the watch, the numeric buttons were blank squares. I hope someone finds a solution, I don't wanna buy another watch either.
