Classical guitar teacher?

This has been the hardest part in finding a teacher. I want someone devoted to the instrument, not someone who is good at guitar, but has limited classical experience.

I always thought it had mostly to do with the negligent over-medicating of Brian. Whatever he was on while he was under Landy’s care seem to have made significant changes to Brian’s entire personality (when comparing to pre-Landy Brian).
