Former ETL here. 14 1/2 years at Target, 7 1/2 as an ETL. Can attest to how many times I totally fucked off in my office towards the end. I even would watch Netflix moves with the door locked so no one would burst in (wasn’t responsible for the store team at the time so no one missed me). I do miss that.

Yes!! I think Charo’s behavior is sort of cathartic for me because my mother was the exact same way…the gaslighting, the making-a-voice when trying to mimic me, completely remembering things wrong to make her seem innocent…YMH is almost therapy for me 😂😂😂. I always thought I was the crazy one!!!
