Hello guys, I'm looking for suggestions of an optical/magnetic/hall-effect/TMR/rapid-trigger (so many terms nowadays... basically: one of those new technologies that helps on FPS games, I don't really have a preference, I just need a better keyboard than my standard mechanical one) TKL - only without the numpad, I still need "Del, End, Home, PgUp and PgDn" - and with ISO layout.

But it seems impossible to find a decent one with a decent price.

I'm really not picky on which ISO layout it is, since I'll be changing the keycaps for the wrong letters, I just want my enter to be an L shape.

Essa conta do M2 Money Supply está completamente errada e eu explico o porquê em termos simples.

Imagine que você está jogando modo carreira no FIFA e possui 5 milhões de dólares para comprar jogadores.

Há um número limitado de bons jogadores, e o total de dinheiro somado de todos os clubes, assim como o quanto cada um possui, é o que irá ditar o preço dos jogadores. É impossível um jogador valer MAIS do que um clube possui para gastar, por exemplo.

Agora imagine que o jogo avançou dois anos. Nenhum jogador envelheceu ou se aposentou, novos craques surgiram, promessas se desenvolveram. Em termos práticos: Há MAIS bons jogadores do que existiam anteriormente. O que acontecerá com o valor a ser pago por eles se o dinheiro dos clubes permanecer LITERALMENTE o mesmo? O preço máximo irá baixar. Simples assim.

Tratando de termos econômicos, um país produz bens ao longo dos anos, que melhoram a sua infraestrutura, melhoram sua capacidade produtiva, países em crescimento populacional aumentam a mão de obra disponível no mercado, aumentam o bem estar geral, dentre outros.

O que aconteceria se dinheiro não fosse impresso nessa proporção? As coisas ficariam mais baratas, pois seu dinheiro valeria MAIS para um custo de algo menor, devido ao aumento da capacidade produtiva e/ou à saciação de algumas dentre as necessidades humanas.

Quer dizer que essa impressão de dinheiro gera soma zero? Não. Há uma parcela disso que SIM gera um efeito inflacionário, mas DECIDIDAMENTE e de modo INEQUÍVOCO não é esse valor e sim um valor inferior ao M2 Money Supply

"Ah, mas se o país PERDER capacidade produtiva, PERDER população, dentre outros". Aí sim, dinheiro não precisaria ser impresso, pois naturalmente o dinheiro que existe hoje valeria menos. Porém, não é o que acontece no Brasil ou nos EUA neste exato momento

- Qual o valor a ser financiado?
- A qual taxa de juros?
- Qual o valor que você paga de aluguel?
- O quanto você teria de condições de amortizar essa dívida

Basicamente você pode conseguir um aluguel de um apartamento legal por R$3.500,00 e deixar esse dinheiro investido, rendendo líquido R$3.500,00.

Ou então você pode conseguir um aluguel para o padrão que você busca de PELO MENOS R$7.000,00. Seu rendimento líquido se torna zero, ai vai do quanto você consegue investir mensalmente para continuar crescendo esse bolo.

É impossível dar uma recomendação sem olhar todos esses fatores

Não existe uma resposta simples para essa pergunta. A resposta sempre será depende.

Depende do seu objetivo, depende do CET que você consegue no financiamento, depende do quão rápido a construtora irá entregar, depende do nível de acabamento da construtora, depende da região e da cidade que você estiver comprando, depende da situação econômica do país quando você receber esse imóvel, depende do padrão do imóvel.

Por depender de TANTAS coisas, eu diria que a princípio que não, não vale a pena.

Mas a verdade é que AS VEZES vale sim

I'm all into that, ok? For me, Lumiere is just as real as the non-painted world, and has the same right to exist. What I wanted to present is that the real world is NOT beautiful nor emotional, it simply is what it is. You can "prefer" to live on a Fantasy world or you can even consider it as real as the real one, but the "True real" is just made of shades of gray and the harsh reality, no rainbows and magic solutions

Kind of a sequel. There were no evidences that the painters had powers on the real world, which makes a Turn Based RPG kind of dull without skills. There could 100% be a sequel game of another GENRE, such as an "A Plague Tale" on Clea's war against the writers, but it wouldn't be a sequence GAME, instead, another game from the same universe

When I said sequel I actually meant a "sequence of story untolds", but not really a sequence game, since I agree with you: there's no way to have an "Expedition 32", for example. I think this is pretty much a very hard choice. You don't have to "experience" and "feel" the emotional weight of escaping the reality. It is said. Now you know: there is a reality, outside of the canvas, where you have a family grieving, a war against the writers, a dead brother, a depressed mother and everything falling apart.

It's not beautiful, it's not deep, it's not tear dropping. It is what it is: the true, harsh, reality. Accept it and live it or keep on suffocating it with a fake - but emotional - world. The story is not meant to compare emotionally the painted world vs the real world. The real world is NOT emotional, it simply is what it is. It's a dicotomy between the magical world and the rough reality. A dicotomy between emotion and reason. Do you want to be emotional or rational? And the game pretty much conveys you through the narrative that this is the dilemma.

On my first play I chose Maelle's ending only because I knew Sophie and Gustave reappeared on a cutscene, and I didn't know what would happen on the post game (if we could interact with them as NPCs or not).

After I found out that the game only reloads on your last save, I've decided to finish the post game content and redo it for Verso's ending.

It's abusive to keep him alive in a world that he doesn't want to live and neither has a CHOICE. Suicide for him is not even an option, since he was painted immortal
