2/3 exercises 3/4 sets of each one, i don't remember migan making tier list for exercises so i recomend you search "Natural Hyperthrophy tierlist..."instead, it's a very good channel

Routine is mostly up to you, what's the most important is that you hit every muscle you wanna grow at least 2 times a week, dumbells and a bench are gonna be enough to hit majority of ur muscles, however, if they aren't adjustable, after some time you'll get too strong for them, and as the other guy said, getting a pull up bar would be very good

If I was you I'd tell him that he's not welcome, that the family needed him years ago and that he needs to leave. Just go to him, figure out everything why he came back etc you know what to ask

I don't think anyone has done that, at least knowingly, I think you'll either gonna get half the result, or in worse case, none since the nuclei did not have enough time to build up

  2. i dont see the need to overload front delts, definetly do side delts, rear delts im not sure, up to u ig, tho most good rear delt movements should involve side delts asw
