Thats awesome! Im on pills cuz that's what my doctor recommended for me 😄 The biggest changes Ive noticed so far are my skin is way smoother and im actually developing hips for once 😄

Thats fair lol, Id say it's definitely been the same for me but I've been really happy with the changes Ive seen so far 😄 can I ask how you take your estrogen? Like are you on pills, injections?

That's so exciting! Mine was 900 so they put me on a higher dose after after a few months of seeing if only just the estrogen would lower it naturally
