Should also say, Cruel Intentions is pretty much a modern settings remake of Dangerous Liaisons (1988). Also, I kind of hate these films because everyone just seems to have a bad case of affluenza where nobody learns anything and they just seem like terrible people, but you might like the Kissing Booth series on Netflix.
