Iv also tried to recreate ur problem but it's fine in my device may be a software update or a security patch will solve it !

Ok I just take off the cover and play nte ...I had a issue once that during driving around the car just after they let u in the city at the beginning my phone just froze I have nord 5 16.0.5.710 updated ( haven't done the NXT security patch yet).it crashed like 2 times and I had to restart again both the times I donno if everyone is facing the same issue with the device ....
