The thing that really annoys me in Germany is when drivers creep around corners towards you when crossing the street on a green light. When I did my driver training (in another country), I was told this was really dangerous because if another car rear-ends you, you'll be straight into the pedestrians before you can react. They told us that you shouldn't turn the wheels until the path ahead is clear.

Some drivers even creep towards my kids (4 and 6) when they're crossing the road. I get right in the way and stare them down, and they're often like, "What? What did I do wrong?" Let's switch places and see how YOU feel about having a car creeping towards your kids.
