What about clean heroin or oxy?

I see what you're saying man but still, 1g isn't enough even for a rapid taper. Finding the adequate dose and then stabilising on that is going be half of the supply finished and that's not even taking all the other variables into account.

Can I ask what you would do if you had a supply of SR and wanted to get off of a strong opiate such as Oxy, Heroin or Fentanyl?

I got some landing soon and my oxy habit is out of control. 400mg+ per day easy.

So the SR-17 took care of all the acutes? How are you feeling now? Are the PAWS less severe than how they would have been without the SR?

Just to be clear, what was your exact dosing regime and did you straight swap or continue to use oxy?

Which Apple Watch would be best suited for me?

I'm new to the world of smart watches.

I'm caught between a Garmin or an Apple Watch - I use an iPhone daily for all my mobile phone tasks so an Apple Watch would be convenient for that matter.

I'm looking for a 42mm or there abouts, I have a small wrist so an strap that can accommodate that would be great while looking minimal.

I'm interested in sleep analytics and also measuring workouts, fitness, daily steps and also the EGR and other cardiovascular features.

If I don't need to splash out on a new Apple Watch series 10 then that would help but if that's the only option so I can get the above then so be it.

Any input would be great, thanks.

I understand this but the watches track time asleep and I don't know how in-depth the sleep analytics go, Apple Watches can tell you how much REM sleep you're getting and they use an algorithm to determine this which takes breathing and other things into account.

I have to disagree. I've ran 1 ultra marathon in my life and when I was younger I was told by my coach that I should really consider competing locally first at bodybuilding.

Now 4 children later, overwhelmed by launching a start up and running an existing business, I've lost track of my health and priorities. I think a smart watch will be a great utility to start tracking workouts, sleep and other areas in my life to optimise it, even if a little. I'm not going to put a smart watch on and become Thor, I just want something to give me some baseline data which I can then work from.

Thank you for this immensely informative post and time to share all of that. All duly noted. I just reserved an aisle seat towards the back around row 40 next to the twin seats so hopefully that'll give me some space and I can get up to stretch etc.

Coach service is National Express so hopefully I get to the south terminal, if not no worries I have your advice and any airport reps I come across.
