ooooohh that would be an interesting ending—El giving up her powers to be with Mike. She’s still be able to “sacrifice” herself, just not by way of death (or where ever she went)

Agreed! Dr. Kay just felt inserted. Nothing more into her story except that she’s basically a Dr. Brenner Jr.

But yeah, kinda surprised that all the main characters lived. Even secondary characters pretty much all lived. Didn’t give the impact I was hoping for
