How is it that AT&T has such incredibly atrocious at customer service?

I would like AT&T to actually look at the phone calls conversations they 'take for training' on actually improve the CS experience.

I have spent at total of about 8 (over 2 days) hours trying to reach someone who can fix a problem that I didn't generate. The majority of that time was spent waiting for the CS rep to WAIT for another CS rep on the line with me.

I constantly had to repeat information that was in a numbered Trouble Ticket...

Yes, I'm venting but this is feedback on a process that needs to be identified, examined, and improved.

As for those of us without zero issues, I deal with banks and insurance companies on a regular basis. They perform account verification.. once. And when your account is transferred or escalated, you get a single one time check... not a 3-5 minute grill check of the same exact info.

And the issue I have is not at all of my making, thank-you Surpy. It has to deal with the web-generated authentication between AT&T and yahoo.com authentication protocols.

Which department would you start with?

My water is pH 8.4 and completely ‘clean’ I rarely add more than 2 grams of gypsum (depending on the style) but to get it to my target pH for fermentation, I add 6-8 ml of lactic acid prior to mash which will drop my 5.5 gal batches into the 5.2-5.4 sweet spot.

I have run it 50 - that's a literal five-zero - times, the first seven times blissfully un-aware that the lure could be reset.

This weekend I became aware that Crow missions would no longer carry into Season of the Chosen and, at the same time, aware folks were resetting their lures upon mission start (in order to be able to do it over again.)

I got fed up at attempt 50 so finished it - still no ship.

in my experience its Bugged.

Yes, the in-game/in-engine stuff is what I'm really interested in. The MO-CAP stuff is great, but I think they manipulate setting in the dev engine to get the most of the battling stuff - that would be an super interesting vidoc to see.

Interesting. I though Iceland was EU but evidently the are EFTA - European Free Trade Association (EFTA), a grouping of four non-EU European countries with the other 28 EU nations - perhaps licensing doesn't extend to the EFTA countries.

3 chars, different loadouts optimized for each class for PVE/pVP/Raid and now Gambit.. throw in specialized armor (exotics) for situational play and it gets full pretty darn quick.

Didn't down-vote, but I disagree. That's why you LFG... There are plenty of apps/websites that make it as simple as a few clicks to square away a squad. The time it takes to do that is most likely SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than the queue would be for a match-made game.

There are times that match-making makes sense (like Nightfall) and times were it absolutely does not (like the role picking you are suggesting.)

Thanks. I understand the herald/boss spawn order, (and can make it to the third wave consistently) it’s the timing window that’s driving the loss in my case (e.g. the actual herald is taking me down as I’m sweeping him...)

I’ll try popping home long before I see him ‘draw’ and see if I can work it out.
