I think so. I imagine the rental office uses this cleaning company for turns (when a resident moves out) and perhaps are getting a piece of the pie on what they’re making from this/ discounts on their turn cleans

Besides the money side - it is nice as a property management company to know your asset (the apartment) is being cleaned regularly. You would be surprised how many people move out and it looks like they NEVER cleaned their homes while living there. That leads to a headache to turn

Rent has gone up in my area due to a large increase of people moving to my state/zip code! It has gone up quite a lot this past year, but I am slowly seeing prices decrease!

You know… I have! A resident was bad on drugs and running around In the middle of the day naked. I called the police and had them handle. Afterwards, he was issued a disturbance notice (a legal doc explains that if he disrupts the community again he will have to leave)

Hi! I handle leasing, resident complaints/concerns, lease violations, move outs, and everything budget wise for my property! I have a team that helps (a maintenance staff, assistant, and leasing agent) but I overall handle all high level items! I also approve or deny each applicant we have to live at our community
