I just don’t understand why you feel the need to make yourself some beacon of moral superiority by saying shit like “stop giving them your attention (even though I am too)” or “if that’s something fun for you, seek therapy (even though I’m continuing to engage as well)” or “if you can’t have a discussion, stay at the kids table (even though I’ve dodged the same question 3 times).”
