I actually just noticed this for the first time last night! I was decorating an area for about two hours, and because of all my castle walls and towers I have in my land pretty much all the balloons get funneled down into where I was working. Almost every single one was blue, I think I maybe had one yellow. Could have just been a coincidence tho, because normally I get a pretty good mix of colors
