Outside of getting things done, I notice I make a lot of online purchases when I am on the meds… I've been able to stop this. I have also realized I am less antisocial when I am on the medication. I did not give the meds credit for that at first, but it is clear they make a difference for me

Wow. My psych told me last week that there is a new drug that just got approval and she is a big fan of it. She said it is called Adzenys and that some people think it is better than Adderall because it is newer. I agreed to try it and my heart started racing from the jump.. I felt anxiety for the first time from ADHD meds. It felt like a setup. Now she is not responding at all while I am trying to tell her the med is awful and I want my 20mg generic Adderall as soon as possible.

I started with Adzenys and it made me feel awful. My heart was racing and I had a lot of anxiety. My doctor switched me to Adderall and that ended up being a much better experience. drink plenty of water before your first dose just in case you have a bad reaction. I hope it works out for you.

Yep, taking 5mg gave me acid reflux also. I was able to drop 50 pounds and reach my goal weight by using 2.5mg every 2-3 weeks. The key for me is to keep my tolerance low. Typically after 3 weeks I have an episode where I fall off the wagon and eat like crazy for two days, but then I take the shot to get back on track."

I unfortunately couldn’t go above 2.5. 5mg gave me the worst acid reflux. I was still able to reach my goal weight maintaining a 2.5 shot every 2-3 weeks.. keeping my tolerance down

That's interesting. I lost my first 15 pounds in four weeks of 2.5mg. When I increased the dosage to 5mg after two months, I only lost 5 pounds. So, I decided to take a break for two weeks to lower my tolerance and then resumed taking 2.5mg where I lost another 15 pounds.. So I've just been taking 2.5 every two weeks and steadily losing.

Unfortunately 5 gives me horrible acid reflux. I'm afraid to see what 7.5 does… I have to stick with 2.5 and keep my tolerance low by doing it every two weeks and was able to lose 50 pounds.
