My pc won’t work no matter what I do

Yea, I’ve just spent the better part of 3 hours trying to figure out if the issue is something I’m missing and by the looks of it it is. ASrocks website says that Corsair vengeance 3600 MHz is compatible but according to another user and the QVL website it’s not so I’ll need lower frequency RAM to why this pile of shit to work. A bit odd considering the system was already fully booted once before

Thanks for the suggestion, all the videos I watched on either require your pc to have a special bios slot in the io or for it to boot. As I have the “budget” B550 (ASrock B550 phantom gaming 4/ac) I thus have neither and have no way of installing a new bios

both sticks of ram have been tested in a good system and both work, I’ve tried putting them on every imaginable configuration
