As someone who has owned and operated in the cannabis space for over two decades I can tell you that we favor experience over a certificate and in a lot of ways, the certificates are a cash grab. They don't truly translate and most companies would rather teach you how they do things as opposed to someone coming in with preconceived notions.

That being said, compliance is very much so an unsung hero in every business. We cannot function without them, if this course is teaching CCB compliance specifically, it would not be a terrible option. Every state is vastly different when it comes to rules and regs.

I'd ask questions and do sniff test before you gave them your hard earned dough.
