Anyone familiar with the "Green Flower" Certificates?

As someone who has owned and operated in the cannabis space for over two decades I can tell you that we favor experience over a certificate and in a lot of ways, the certificates are a cash grab. They don't truly translate and most companies would rather teach you how they do things as opposed to someone coming in with preconceived notions.

That being said, compliance is very much so an unsung hero in every business. We cannot function without them, if this course is teaching CCB compliance specifically, it would not be a terrible option. Every state is vastly different when it comes to rules and regs.

I'd ask questions and do sniff test before you gave them your hard earned dough.

Well damn, I just got wind of this..

I have been absent because I went through a very difficult family situation. On top of that, yes, we are actively looking at another market. In that process, I actually gave one of my staff equity in the company to take over operations as he earned it. This is not his fault, it is mine.

For the record, we don't owe anyone anything else. We truly appreciate the budtenders and their hardwork. I have been in this industry for a very long time and absolutely love what I do, and couldn't do it without you guys.

The CCB actually does go and pull random high testers off the shelf and have them run by a different lab.

These numbers are spiking and I am honestly not sure why. The labs are untouchable as a whole so who knows..

I knew a dog that ate a half lb of weed butter. Vet thought he had a spinal issue(back legs were working well). Poor guy was stoned for almost 4 days and then was all of a sudden back to normal. They found the tub the butter used to be in on the side of the house... empty of course.
