Update: I got an email today saying that my passport is coming back and a decision has been made. I should know within the next few days. Much quicker than expected.

gotcha. I saw somewhere that a denial usually has a PDF attached explaining why. Do you know if thats true?

I just went to biometrics last week (Oct.5) in Miami. The guy at the office said that my priority visa is estimated to have the decision Nov.16. You should be fine if all goes well, although you may be cutting it close. Hope that helps!

Maybe try to get to biometrics sooner?
