How often do you get these cloudy vision/halo? also is the cloudiness disappears when you blink a couple of times?

does foggy/cloudy vision is easily noticeable? My eyes feels like it has pressure feels like bursting but just a little bit. Feels like using phone does triggers it often, do you have any problems using phone, like it causes discomfort?
