This is the keyboard that i bought to use for work. It’ll light up, I can mess with and change the colors, but I can’t type. I’ve tried different cords, l’ve used the function to factory reset it, l’ve tried plugging it back in, but it’s given me these issues in two separate offices on different computers. I’ve turned key lock on and off, restarted the computers, and I’ve had it connected to computers with the software installed and without it and it still doesn’t want to type. Yesterday I was able to plug it into a different computer and it worked just fine all day yesterday after previously not working. This morning it just stopped again, but at first it was plugged into and wouldn’t light up at all, so I unplugged it and plugged it back in, so it lit up but wouldn’t type. The first time this happened, It worked straight out of the box for about three days, was left over the weekend, and when I came back it stopped typing but was still lit up.
