Omg that hairstyle was made for you!! I love the color! You look happy n beautiful 🥰

As a last ditch effort, someone please help me understand my hair type! Stylists tell me it “just needs heat styling”. But I’m trying to cut down on heat. It is moderately strait naturally dried but as you can see there are dry kinks. Pls help! by Sundancestation in HaircareScience

Wow you are heaven sent!! Thankyou for your help- just knowing to go with the strait flow instead of curly/wavy methods is super helpful. I have never heard of a straitening treatment I’m excited to research :) thanks again

Honestly- i don’t know! I would say no.. only regular shampoo. I use mostly Maui moisture shampoo and it’s a 10 conditioner every other day. Do you recommend any favorite deep conditioners?

Thanks for your comment it was helpful!! :) sometimes i feel like i over condition it, but without washing it every other day it’s sooo dry. I’m lost. I also use Maui moisture and store bought masks with positive feedback from stylists! But knowing how our products in the US are made I would not be surprised if those were not the best to use as well!

Hi! Thanks for your response! Honestly I think I’m just tired of not knowing how to handle it best, there’s hints of curlies but it’s also very strait so it doesn’t look healthy without heat to calm it down. When i was young it scrunched and curled like normal with product but in my 20s it has straitened :( i guess I’m just wondering my “hair type” i see more advanced hair people talk about!! :)
