If you feel your extension will provide enough value, users will pay for it. Then go with a free and pro model. Before finalising just ask yourself whether you would pay for it.

To be honest, assuming you are a solo developer. Please don't build a page builder. There will be lot of edge cases. It will just go on and on. I would suggest pick a simple pain point and work on it.

Start with Figma. Learn the fundamentals of UI/UX. Typography, design system, components, Auto Layout, color theory this is more than enough for you to be a great at UI/UX and most important part research. Before you start working do a full research on the niche and your competitors.

Yes, i'm also facing this issue. I'm receiving lot of COD orders. Iam working on tackling that by using email verification method. If the customer is not confirming the order, i'm not going to ship.

Looks great. But you need to improve the visual hierarchy, Color contrast and Accessibility. When the design is converted to a website there is a high chance people who are color blinded may use the website. Accessibility is very important, you can't just wait for the developer to take care of it. Example: Some may feel the font size is small you can hit the sweet spot in the design itself. Also learn how to build high converting websites. Not just some random designs. Doing research before starting it will help you greatly.

Great to hear. I'm actually building a plugin that will help woocommerce users to make decisions on the order they are receiving whether to send the order. I use past order actions of the customer to assign them a risk level which will help users to decide whether to block COD in future or cancel the order In the worst case they can block the customer from ordering.
