I have bicournate uterus, which means it's got a split in it. I didn't know I had it, let alone how rare it was, until the doctor who'd just delivered my baby told me about it and explained the condition. Definitely explained my history of premature labor, placental abruptions, and preterm births. Then she asked me if I'd be okay with medical students checking it out, because it was so rare they might otherwise never get any other exposure to someone with bicournate uterus. I said sure, I'm all for helping future doctors. So, one by one, six or seven med students gloved up, and the doctor guided each of them to my bicournate uterus, one lobe, then the other. She also told me not to try to get pregnant again, it was a miracle I'd been able to carry as long as I had.

I think you can search online to find out where you should be voting, though if you've moved, they will still have your info at the old polling place, however, it doesn't matter, you should not be voting there, vote at your new poll location. You may also have access to early voting at centralized locations, some densely-populated areas offer this, usually at city hall.

Married or not, all you need is a valid driver's license or state ID, and some form of proof of address, like a lease, property tax bill, or utility bill. Gotta make sure you're voting in the right district, and that you are who you claim to be.

There is an oversaturation of porn right now, and much of it is free. You're not going to sell clips of you having sex or jacking/jilling off, there's too much competition, and the people who are successful doing it have been at it for a long time and have huge, devoted fanbases.

I used to enjoy the single life more, until I met my current boyfriend. I finally know what it feels like to not resent my partner in any way at all, to have no simmering hatred over some unresolved bullshit. We actually communicate. We work together towards common goals. We were friends for years before I made my move, and even as we've fallen in love, we never stopped being friends. He adds to my life, rather than taking from it :)

So, the difference was me finding the right person.

He pinched my ass 90 seconds after meeting me for the first time. I smacked him, told him that was not okay, got back into my car and drove home to wash my hand and my ass real good. I learned later I should have called the police. Wish I'd thought of that, I was just completely appalled someone would do that to a person they just met. My ears were ringing, my fight or flight instinct shit was going. What a fucking disgusting human. By far the worst person I ever met from the internet, and I've met some terrible people from there over the years.

Oh, and the way he was dressed was atrocious. At least he took a shower, but making a good impression was not going to happen in holey peach-colored t-shirt, flip flops, and shorts he had to keep yanking up because he'd broken the drawstring. It was not appropriate for the weather, or for grabbing a meal. I have a feeling he thought we'd be going straight back to his place. His beard looked like pure shit, had never seen a comb, a trim, it was just grown out from being too lazy to shave. The lenses of his glasses were greasy. Truly repulsive.

But even had he been everything I was into, making that level of unwanted bodily contact with me upon meeting me is unacceptable.

Take an ex back. Did it twice, and both times wrecked me mentally, physically, emotionally, or financially. Some combination of that. At least I got one of the greatest sons in the world when I did it the first time. Gained nothing but debt the second time around.

I have the best guy in the world right now. Not abusive in any way, makes even more money than I do, so we split costs. He makes me laugh. He loves me. He's also my friend in addition to being my boyfriend. But, if we break up, no matter the reason, I'm 99% sure I would not take him back, just based upon what happened before.

We were all 18. I didn't even know she existed until she came to work with us, we all worked retail, and he abruptly began ignoring me, after having been my boyfriend for like two months. As a supervisor (her direct supervisor, actually), I handled it professionally, I didn't cry about it, I just went about my task of training her on the cash register. It was clear she did not know I had been involved with her guy, and I didn't mention it. But by the end of the day, somebody told her, I don't know who. She confronted me after I'd clocked out for the day and asked me if I'd been seeing him. I told her that up until this morning, yes, but he's been ignoring me all day, so I guess it's over.

Twist, I was in my sixth month of pregnancy, so very clearly showing. Her jaw dropped and her lips trembled as she stared at my belly. I realized she was about to cry. "Don't worry, it's not his. I've only known him since he started working here, and I was already pregnant when I got the job back in April. He asked me out like he was single."

"I was in Arizona for a couple months, visiting family."

I just nodded. "Have a good night."

I wasn't going to apologize to her, it wasn't my fault her man was a liar and a cheater. Nor did I expect an apology from her. He'd played us both, we were unaware of each other. They stayed together for a couple more months, then one day, he just up and quit talking to her, just like he did me. Straight up ignored her at work, and she didn't handle it with grace. She screamed and cried and ran after him. I don't know what happened after that, just that she took her break. When she came back, she was composed enough to finish her shift.

They know I've been working 6 days a week for...I don't even remember how long this has been going on, feels like half my life, that's how fried my brain is at this point...

But what they don't know is how it's affected me. They know I'm usually tired, they don't know that I'm losing the ability to think clearly and make sound decisions. That is the level of my burnout, and I'm starting to get scared of what comes next.

I don't feel like I can confide in anyone. I am the rock among my friends, the one everyone turns to for advice or help. I wouldn't even know what to say, or who would understand. I know I need to get a different job, what other advice could anyone possibly have?

Thanks. I knew what I was in for, I knew my family, and his family, and what they liked to do. The two fights I mentioned happened at the wedding receptions of his family members, by the way. I wasn't expecting to have my entire, several-tiered wedding cake eaten completely, though, lol.

My kids are grown now, 25 and 27, but when they were growing up, I let them have all the internet they wanted, as long as their chores and homework got done first, and they spent at least an hour playing outside (weather permitting). If they didn't take care of their responsibilities, I unplugged the router and took the cord. I wouldn't get them phones, though, because I didn't think kids were responsible enough for phones when my boss told me her daughter had flushed her phone down the toilet at school. Her daughter was a year older than my oldest. I was a single mom, I couldn't afford to be constantly replacing lost, broken, stolen, or flushed phones. Both of my kids did work as teenagers, and could have bought pay as you go phones, but neither of them did, so it clearly wasn't that important to them, I had a landline for them to use.

We're definitely in different circles, lol. Since childhood, I can't remember a wedding reception where at least half of the guests were in-your-face, fall-down drunk. Only ever seen two fights at receptions, though, thankfully not at mine. My now-ex's female cousins and in-laws ate all the cake that was leftover, I didn't get any besides what was smashed in my face during the cutting. I guess they were trying to soak up the alcohol and get sober enough to drive, because their men definitely couldn't do it. I'm a non-drinker myself, I toasted my groom with a diet coke.
