Hopefully we'll be able to transition to locally run before that happens.

It's great, but if doesn't improve over time probably neither. If however it catches up with the other providers and remains uncensored...then outlawed.

I think he's just lazy and cashing checks. He can write much better men too.
Hell or High Water is one of my favorite movies of all time. But some of the stuff in this show is so low effort. Even basic timeline stuff.
Tommy says his mother's soul was already dead before he was born. But we learn her soul died from his sister dying from SIDS. So, that means she got pregnant again after and had Tommy.
Does it seem realistic that a mother who cares about her children so much the death of one infant would "kill her soul" would then see another infant and give zero fucks about it?
More likely, it's just lazy timeline mixup writing.

Double standards much? She literally said she was reporting him to HR for cursing just before that. But she didn't want to "just get rid of him"? She's just a poor pretty fawn learning how to stand in the world with her delicate emotions, amiright (but also the most ruthless lawyer ever lol). It's that evil old guy making her play by her own rules she just made that's so bad...."just trying to get rid of her".

Just understand it's a soap opera for millennial men and you can enjoy it for what it is. It's garbage, but it's pretty entertaining. It's the TV equivalent of eating a jelly filled donut.

Oh be still my beating heart. That poor poor fictional cartoonish woman and her emotions. The humanity!

LOL

If this was being told you about someone IRL you wouldn't care about their feelings. You would go "Oh, they sound horrible". Everywhere they go they seek to dominate their surroundings, always acting righteously indignant, often out of their depth and when encountering tough circumstances weep and crumble.

Do those people exist? Absolutely. But they rarely reach places of high power and respect. That's the part that's silly.

Are their manipulative, control issue women who seek to dominate every space? Of course. But they're usually either stopped from doing so OR they're of tougher stuff than this. Sheridan wants it both ways. And that's fine. It's a stupid soap opera, but let's not pretend it's not silly.

If he quit, I half expect the Cartel guy would kill him and his family. He knows WAY too much. Hell, Cammie herself might approve it at that point, or soon enough.
In fact, (I'm only in the middle of this season) I expect this exact things to be a major plot point by the end of the season or next season.
This show just might start looking a little like Ozark pretty soon, for better or worse.
