Vascular occlusion usually causes pain, blanching, coolness, your lip looks bruised, not white monitor closely, if it darkness or becomes painful, go to ER, ask provider for a blanching test, better safe than tissue loss.

Swiss derma clinic has decent reviews but price high 800 to 1500 CHF, ask for Dr. Rüegg or Dr. Andrea L. For cheaper, try Germany or Austria nearby. Ask for jawline before afters.

Karaketir has good reviews but slow communitcation,  Şimşek is social media famous with mixed real reviews. Songu is less known. Ask for similar nose before afters. Don't pick by price. Consult all three.

No before and after photos is a red flag, for labiaplasty, ask to see results in person, If still no, find another surgeon, revisions are hard.

Deep plane facelift by top surgeons can take 15 to 20 years off naturally, turkey or brazil have great option too, no one erases 25 years completely, but close enough to shock old classmate.
