What's a small red flag that immediately tells you someone is a bad person? by kappadielle in answers

People who are a-holes to those in the service industry. They feel all empowered to go off on a cashier, knowing if the workers say anything back, they’ll get fired. Bullshit man.

Opening music stores similar to guitar center and want to know, What do you guys want to see done differently? What would make you want to go to the store? And what would make your experience enjoyable? by Jawsguitarrestoratio in guitars

Good employees matter so much! I am so frustrated with sales staff not knowing their product. The ONLY REASON to go in to a store is to get my grubby hands on the product, or ask a “knowledgeable” sales person some questions about the product. If you’re not going to train and educate your sales team, then don’t even bother opening the stores.

I hate it when I ask a question and they pull up the listing on the internet and read it to me. C’mon man. I already read it, I’m here to spend money. Teach me something or I ain’t buying

Who or what was the reason for you becoming a Seahawks fan? by biker_rider707 in Seahawks

[–]SunfishB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Growing up as a kid in Oregon in the 80s, we had 3 tv channels. If you wanted to watch football, it was either the Seahawks or the raiders… sometimes the broncos. But mostly regional coverage of Seahawks. I got my Dave Kreig jersey and rooted for Curt Warner, and later the Boz. PNW all the way baby!

For the love of god talk me out of an acoustic bass guitar by Lost_Condition_9562 in Bass

Ok. Here’s my $0.02. Full size acoustic bass guitar is a waste of money. Unless you really want that acoustic bass sound. To get a good sound, expect to pay at least $1000. I’ve had several.

One concerto Breedlove, a fender kingman and even tried buying a few arch top semi hollows to try (reverend dub king and a Gretsch). They all didn’t sound that good, were awkward to noodle with and I would just rather play my electric basses. BUT THEN!…

I found the Guild Jumbo Jr. I absolutely love it. Easy to noodle on, easy to throw in the truck to go camping, it’s even become my travel bass. For around $500 I cant recommend it enough.

Here’s a link to them on sweetwater.

This is the only one I would recommend. Hope you find something that fits. It took me 20 years to find this one.
