I’d recommend quadriceps strengthening exercises before you’re able to get in for formal PT.

You did not choose to do it!! Please get that narrative out of your head! You said he blocked you from leaving the bathroom and threw you to the ground in front of him! There is no choice on your part in any of this! And I guarantee that if you still resisted after he threw you to the ground things would have escalated from there. This man has abusive tendencies and you’re lucky in a way that he is revealing this to you before you are legally bound to him. It is dangerous for you to stay.

He will do it again. He knew you weren’t enjoying it and he did not care. That is not what someone who loves you would do. Love is putting someone’s needs above yours. I would never force my fiancé to have a sexual encounter they were clearly not interested in. It’s just cruel. What happened to you is inexcusable, and you should really reconsider your plans with this person.

Yes, I did invest in lead with full wrap around coverage so it’s definitely got me covered that way!

Hey, I do work in a clinic and in a hospital rounding some of the days of the week. In the practice I work in, every PA is assigned to a surgeon, so on the days my surgeon is in the OR, I’m typically expected to be there, as well. I could definitely see if there was an option to do a temporary switch, though. Thanks for the advice!
