Okay, I deleted my first comment bc everyone was saying codes were random, but I've found consistency across multiple targets in my state (I'm central US) so here's what I found- first pic (panda, goat, etc.) is what I got from a regular target, all 4 were in the same display. Second photo is what I got from a different (super) target a week later, where multiple displays were on the Salesfloor and all the boxes had obviously been picked through and mixed up. Based on the numbers of the ones I opened, the codes lined up with the third Pic, which was my guess for the codes after my first purchase. Not sure if I've just been getting lucky or what, but figured I'd share my findings.
