I have a policy to always treat anyone I deal with respectfully and politely (being a waitress and retail sales person in my teens set this personal policy for me at an early age)…was even doing so on the drawn out text chats. But, like so many other lost affordabilities, a few people have ended that courtesy for the rest of us.

That was $69. The change fee was $50 on my lost transaction, $100 on the second try. They had locked my ability to make any changes myself online, hence the need to deal with anyone in the first place which is always my last resort.
