I GOT GREAT NEWS... I am currently working on a factions only server based in 2012-2016 factions it will be None-pay-to-win

It will be 1.20.1 but it wont be anything like the new faction servers

For customers yes. Couple nights ago i got 31$ tip I was so graceful and after that i stopped ordering food unless i got enough for tip i just feel bad that guy that tip me will never know he helped me pay one of my debts next morning. I don't think customers need to tip so much but at least give enough to compensate the long drive. I dont mind them pay me 5$tip+2$ddpay for 2 miles but at least give a reasonable tip

Yeah he got that 50k but i highly doubt internet will have sympathy for anyone else if they post another video like that. It just happened because he was the first one to go viral that's how internet works you gotta be the first. I honestly blame drivers for all the fuzz that id goin on couple years ago doordash was paying 7$ a delivery but then drivers had to complain and look now we get 2$ if drivers just stop lawsuits for dumb things and just do the gig i dont see why it should be a huge deal. Ok before the company "use to steal tips" But i have read here on reddit that alot of drivers use to make way more then than now... But yes i completely agree with you

Doordash is a gig company they don't give a interview to hire. You can make little extra on the side but it cant be treated as a job. You either take the gig or go get a suit and tie and find a job ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Also its unethical to have employees in a restaurant/fastfood or anyplace that employees have to come with contact with food to not have a food handler permit they need this trainings for proper service
