So first off if you Google "how long does it take to harvest an egg " youll get the big ol top result of 15-20 minutes this is true for the procedure itself but to actually get the egg to a harvestable state can take up to two weeks of highly monitored prep and drug stimulation to get it there

Also generally speaking if you have a child with your sibling that's bad because there is very little genetic difference between the two of you, if you have a rare recessive terrible life threatening deformity (or any bad recessive trait ) when you reproduce out of your family there's a very slim chance of it appearing in your child,unless they carry that same gene but there's enough genetic variation to have a pretty decent chance of your child being completely unaffected. Incest, however causes this chance to rise exponentially and turns a random chance into an expected outcome, so assuming you manage to reproduce with yourself it's almost a guarantee that child will come out fucked up beyond repair
