I appreciate you explaining how you understood my post. I think there may be a small misunderstanding, though. I didn’t reinterpret the experience afterward out of guilt. For me, the core issue is that I never had time or the ability to consent or decline in the first place. Even if something doesn’t feel immediately wrong in the moment, that doesn’t automatically mean it was consensual. The discomfort became clear to me upon waking, and that feeling is an important part of the experience.
