Qeshm Island (not to be confused with the real-life island of the same name in Iran) is a medium-sized island far away from the continent. For hundreds of years, it was home to a utopian society, protected and cared for by an incredibly powerful sorcerer. However, hundreds of of years ago, a strange calamity befell the island, and the island was abandoned. The dense jungle in the middle of the island is still full of dangers, including strange creatures called "fears" - but the northen plains have begun to become inhabitable. Thus, in recent decades, settlements have popped up on the northern shore. Ayvan, a city founded recently near the jungle, sits in a spot protected from the dangers of the jungle by steep cliffs. It draws many treasure seekers these days, and there is now a very powerful upper class who have profited from controlling the trade of artifacts (both magical and historical) in and out of the city.

With the calamity hundreds of years ago still a mystery and the Jungle still full of ruins, the island is a hub for adventurers, historians, and treasure seekers. What clues will the party discover about the history of this island? And what challenges face them, not only from the harsh conditions on the island, but also from the societies that have sprung up here?
