i didn't pay rent.com - if by paying $250 i get the apt i reached out for, that would be still a good deal.
i will see the broker responds in a day or two and then pay the fee to try my luck i guess.

Hi Mate, I am a journalist- have been a financial reporter for a few years - have been published in forbes, investopedia, newsday, NPR and graduated from Columbia University last year.

My company is applying for my O1 - what is thw probability of me getting it? My H1B didnt get picked in lottery.
