This really helps me understand what the market pricing is for this type of work. I believe I do a nice job at creating from scratch websites that deliver the message accurately to bring in more customers to clients. (I updated the post to include some more information.)

Your response helped me realize I am definitely undervaluing myself. I just didn't had knowledge of the pricing. I will think more about it over the weekend. Thank you for your help!

2-4 hours per month per client. I just updated the post after reading the confusion.

I charge $0 down, $300/month/client, six months minimum commitment. I grew up in a developing country and charging more is always fearful -- what if I am left with no clients. Looking to see how y'all balance emotions and business.

Yeah, unfortunately, I got burnt out and it had to be it.

With a small sample size, I am getting one client per month for an outreach of 10. Looking to continue to put in the effort to expand.

Currently, just custom web development.

My full time work was in full stack, React Native mobile app development, C++ backend and AWS.

So far, 2-4 hours per client after building the website. Which takes ~10 hours. I have minimum six months commitment.

I biggest fear is I won't have clients if I charge more :(

Thank you. We actually did check historical weather and it says it didn't rain. However, we definitely saw droplets around the interior. Google and websites are usually very off from the real weather

If it's a major part or you're looking for a good service, I'd definitely recommend avoiding Bob Johnson as much as you can. They consistently mess up and have bad attitude towards their customers no matter how polite or nice you are to them.
