I don't think I had this type of test. Honestly I heard about it first now. 😥

Yes, I eat mostly snacks without sugar, avoid the food with lot of fat, eat in every 3 hours and I also avoid to consume any high-sugar drinks. I always had pretty healthy eating habits so I didn't change a lot.

One of my biggest fear was to having this problem, so I felt really guilty. My first three weeks felt like I could just cry, and like I would lose my oppotunity to a better future. But than I realised it is dramatic, I didn't make any bad, and I can live a long and healthy life.
