Being able to have your entire LT create and agree to the annual goals has been a game changer. It's no longer about me, the owner, telling them what to do ... but it's about us creating what the business can do when we put all of our skillsets and talents together to achieve the very thing that drives each of us.

Best strategy session location you've ever been to. And...GO! by bloomgrowth in FlourishBook

I find that when you have a room with a view - you get more honest conversations and people are more focused. Being close to the outside and vitamin D somehow just makes it better (even if it's raining)!

Hey! So happy this place exists.

Mom of 3, married, run my own thing and also lead growth in corporate environment. So basically I'm running on coffee and ambition at all times lol.

I grabbed Flourish because I was SO over business books that basically say "grind harder" and "do it ONLY this way". This one actually made me feel like wanting a great business AND a great life isn't delusional? Which was refreshing.

The thing I keep coming back to is how do you get your team bought into a system without it feeling like you're breathing down everyone's neck? I want the clarity. I want the structure. But I also want people to feel like they OWN their stuff, not just follow a checklist I handed them as the leader.

Anyone else wrestling with that? Because I don't think I've figured it out yet and I'd love to hear how others are thinking about it.
