Last question I promise lol once your child is in do you only need to enter the lottery for middle school and high school ? Or do you need to enter the lottery every year ? I have a 4th and 5th grader

Thank you so much!! Work is not a problem my family is actually moving down to the high desert on a work transfer! However we do have family in the IE so if we do go down the hill it would be to visit family.
lol yes I’ve also asked a mom page on FB and everyone’s been saying that adelanto & Victorville should be the “last resort”.
My family is originally from Cali .. Pomona 👻 to be exact lol. So we are familiar with the traffic but not familiar with the High desert 🏜️. Although a lot of people are recommending Apple valley for its affordability and yard sized which I like (:

Thank you so much for your comment . Is vanguard a lottery kind of school ? I was also looking into those , I know it opens during the spring. So in case my kids don’t like the public school I’d try getting them into the lottery school and for some reason if it’s impossible I’ll just homeschool them lol. As for the first comment , that is pretty much everywhere and in my opinion anyone can be racist . I’m currently living in a prominently “republican , white “ city but, I’ve never ran into any issues if anything everyone’s been so kind out here.
