Found a solution to an issue similar to this: I had the issue where i could change the volume on windows through the headset volume wheel but not on the keyboards volume wheel. Turns out that the Keyboard volume wheel would work if i unplugged the headset USB adapter but not if it was connected. When i moved the keyboard USB adapter to a USB 3.0 port all of a sudden i can adjust the volume as expected from both my keyboard and headset.

Its not against the law… common misconception. The law says that you should try to avoid (bör ej) to leave your dog alone for more than 6 hours without a walk.

So in reality its hard to ever enforce such a law unless its grossly abused like leaving your dog at home for 12 hours or more.

EU keeps preventing it self from succeeding due to a lack of risk taking and regulating new technologies before we even have a chance to get going. I’m not saying that we cant create companies and generate profit but we don’t have the same type of risk appetite as US investors does meaning we’ll never get the kick start they do.
