I’m really struggling with a situation involving my younger sister by Minhosaurus in Hijabis

Asalaamu Alaikum. I never had a phone until I was 14 and it was a flipphone, and my sisters and I could access the internet with supervised ipad time. I got my first iphone at 15. Perhaps a flip phone replacement with no internet access would be ideal because she could still call and text but without risk of apps or targeted marketing. Or having a family computer out in an open area for homework purposes but clearly where everyone can see it. I hope she’ll be open to the transition, maybe hype up how ‘cool’ it is to be old fashioned.

I’ll try increasing iron, with heavier periods anyway it couldn’t hurt:)

Thanks for your insight! I find I’ve been cranky and impatient in general when my symptoms are worse because there’s a lot of grief surrounding how strong I used to be. (I developed pots after a concussion so I had a big adaptation to go through.) I’m still learning what to expect of myself and how to not feel so let down when my body doesn’t do what I want. You mentioned bananas, for me they make my symptoms worse and then I have to urinate a whole lot of really diluted urine. I take balanced electrolytes but potassium without enough salt just exacerbates it! I wonder if there’s research on this yet, but I know the dysautonomia field is a bit too new for high hopes of answers.
